REV Squad

“The REV Squad” is an acronym for Rosedale Enrichment Volunteer. This is a Volunteer/Community Outreach service formed by the faculty and staff members at Rosedale Tech. The group highlights, promotes and participates in various charitable/community service events important to the members of the Rosedale family. Check out some of our “REV Squad” events below.

Pittsburgh Marathon

Members of the Rosedale Tech faculty and staff participated in the Pittsburgh Half Marathon and relay in 2015. Rosedale Tech raised nearly $2,500 for the Cystic Fibrosis Foundation for the event.

Tiger Pause

Tiger Pause is a community-based organization that serves Beaver County’s young people and their families. The Rosedale Tech Admissions Team had the privilege of spending the day with a group of elementary school students and a group of middle school students playing games and tie dying shirts.

Central Blood Bank Blood Drive

On a semi-annual basis Rosedale Tech hosts a blood drive for the Central Blood Bank. Employees and students are encouraged to participate.

Toys for Techs

toys for techs

Technicians can fix a lot of things, brakes on your car, electrical work on your house and even your furnace, but can they fix an ill-fated holiday? The answer is yes!!

The faculty, staff and students at Rosedale Tech dig deep on an annual basis to make the holiday a happier one for everyone in the Rosedale Family. A program called Toys for Techs was created to provide less fortunate children of Rosedale students with a little extra holiday cheer.

Through the combined efforts of students, faculty and staff toys are collected and distributed to the families of Rosedale Tech students.

Dennis Wilke, President of RTC states, “We are continuously overwhelmed by the generosity and spirit of giving that exists within our own school. I want to personally thank everyone who contributes and helps make it a better holiday for so many families.”
